The
islands of Mull & Iona are nestled in the Inner Hebrides, off the West
Coast of Scotland, with a wealth of fresh highland produce on our
doorstep.
Our meat
is from natural, hill reared traditional breeds. We have venison
aplenty. There is a strong tradition of organic vegetable growers, and,
seafood straight from the surrounding waters to the plate.
We
celebrate our food with an annual food festival in September.
We have a
community run butcher shop with profits going to community projects
We have a
co-operatively run abattoir. |
